For Kienzle Automotive GmbH, we developed a mobile app with a target group–specific customer experience. Previously unused vehicle data from buses and trucks is translated into actionable feedback on individual driving behavior. This allows drivers to transparently analyze their driving style and unlock rewards by driving more economically and sustainably. Gamification elements encourage ongoing engagement with the app and promote safer, more conscious driving habits. Multiple benefits for everyone involved: fleet operators save fuel, drivers gain safety, and the environment benefits through lower emissions.
