Solution
Development of an intuitive and efficient self-service portal. The intranet solution for replacing the paper-based forms system offers a digital approval workflow as well as automated processing of data to interfaces in the service desk, thereby enabling significantly shorter process runtimes.

A user-friendly and efficient intranet solution with interfaces to standard systems was created for Rossmann. This enabled the entire IT back office processes of Dirk Rossmann GmbH to be optimized.
The need for optimization consisted in the rapid requesting and processing of IT resources, the elimination of media disruptions and the creation of conditions for the introduction of service level agreements.
