Thomas Hahn

Thomas Hahn is a Senior Software Engineer and Solution Architect at prodot GmbH, where he is responsible for software architecture across multiple client projects. In this role, he combines technical architecture work with requirements analysis and coaching—an approach that affords him a broad perspective on the interplay between technology, the team, and the client. He views himself as an architect with broad technical scope: he acts as a translator between the business domain and the development world, placing great emphasis on actively sharing his knowledge. Concurrently, he drives the adoption of AI tools at prodot and conducts talks and workshops on the productive use of Claude Code and Claude Cowork. In all these endeavors, he prioritizes transparent decision-making, open team dialogue, and a steadfast focus on the tangible added value delivered to the client.
