Condition monitoring software
We develop condition monitoring software that prevents machine failures before they occur.
What is condition monitoring software?
Condition monitoring refers to the continuous recording and evaluation of operating parameters such as vibration, temperature, pressure, speed or power consumption. The condition monitoring software forms the digital core: it receives the data from your sensors and control systems, processes it in real time and makes deviations from normal operation immediately visible.
The result: your maintenance team receives early warnings, can take targeted action and avoid expensive repairs and unplanned production downtime. Condition monitoring is therefore the basis for a modern, data-driven predictive maintenance strategy.
The advantages of our condition monitoring software:
Drastically reduce unplanned downtime
Machine failures usually announce themselves at an early stage - through changes in vibration patterns, rising temperatures or unusual noises. Our software automatically detects these anomalies and alerts your team before a critical condition is reached. This allows you to reduce downtimes and noticeably increase system availability.
Reduce maintenance costs sustainably
Instead of checking machines according to rigid maintenance intervals (time-based maintenance), you monitor their actual condition. Maintenance work is only carried out when it is really necessary. This saves working time, spare parts and unnecessary machine downtime - and measurably improves your return on investment.
Seamless integration into other systems
Our condition monitoring software can be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures. Whether ERP, CMMS, MES or cloud platforms - the software connects to your existing systems via standardized interfaces (REST-API, OPC-UA, MQTT) and creates a consistent database.
Complete transparency for your machinery
A central dashboard allows you to keep an eye on all systems, locations and production lines. Live data, trend analyses and historical data help you to make informed decisions - whether on site in the factory or on the move.
Functions of our condition monitoring software
Real-time monitoring
Intelligent automation
Configurable threshold values and AI-supported anomaly detection ensure that your team is only notified when action is really needed - by email, SMS or directly in the system.
Trend analysis & forecasts
Based on historical data, the software recognizes wear patterns and predicts the remaining useful life of components (Remaining Useful Life, RUL).
Interactive dashboards & reports
Flexible visualizations, customizable widgets and automatically generated reports give you an overview at all times - for plant managers, maintenance technicians and management alike.
Mobile access
The responsive interface and native app enable access to all system data from a smartphone or tablet - ideal for use directly in the production hall.
Audit-proof data storage
All measurement data is stored and logged without gaps and can be traced at any time - an important building block for quality management systems and certifications such as ISO 55000.
Which industries is condition monitoring software suitable for?
Regardless of the industry, condition monitoring is useful wherever machines, systems or technical infrastructure are operated continuously:
- Manufacturing & process industry - pumps, compressors, drives, conveyor technology
- Energy supply & utility infrastructure - turbines, transformers, grid stations
- Wind & solar energy - gearboxes, generators, inverters
- Building technology & facility management - HVAC systems, elevators, ventilation systems
- Food & pharmaceutical industry - Filling and packaging systems
- Logistics & intralogistics - conveyor systems, sorting systems, industrial trucks
Whether a single machine, production line or decentralized machine park - our software scales with your requirements.

Questions & Answers
-
What is the difference between condition monitoring and predictive maintenance?
Condition monitoring refers to the continuous monitoring of machine conditions using sensor data. Predictive maintenance is the next step: based on the collected condition data, AI and machine learning are used to predict failures before they occur. Condition monitoring software is therefore the technical basis for a functioning predictive maintenance strategy.
-
Which sensors and data sources are supported?
Our software is open to a wide range of data sources: Vibration, temperature, pressure and current sensors, PLC controllers, SCADA systems, IoT gateways and machine data via OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus or REST-API. In most cases, it is also possible to connect existing sensor infrastructure without additional hardware.
-
Is the software also suitable for smaller companies?
Yes, our condition monitoring software has a modular structure and is scalable from a single system to several production sites. Small and medium-sized companies benefit from the functions just as much as large corporations - without oversized investments or complex IT projects.
-
How long does the implementation take?Commissioning is usually possible within a few days to weeks, depending on the number of machines and the existing IT infrastructure. For standard applications, we offer preconfigured templates that make getting started particularly quick. Our team will support you throughout the entire setup process.
-
Is the machine data stored in the cloud or on-premise?
We offer both operating models: Cloud hosting on certified European servers (GDPR-compliant) as well as a complete on-premise installation in your own IT environment. Hybrid scenarios in which sensitive data remains locally are also possible.
-
How secure is my production data?
Data security is a top priority for us. All data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. Role-based access rights ensure that each user only sees the data for which they are authorized. Our software meets the requirements of the GDPR and current IT security standards.
-
Can the software be integrated into my existing ERP or CMMS system?
Yes, the software can be seamlessly connected to common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CMMS solutions via standardized REST APIs. Maintenance orders can be triggered automatically as soon as a critical machine condition is detected - for a fully integrated maintenance process.
-
What does condition monitoring software cost?
The costs depend on the number of monitored systems, the selected range of functions and the operating model (cloud/on-premise). We offer flexible license models - including monthly subscriptions without a high initial investment. For a customized offer, please contact us or arrange a free demo.
